Welcome to Prime Edge Sports, operated by BETMGM, LLC ("Operator", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering an account, or using the sports betting platform (collectively, the "Services"), you ("User", "Patron") expressly agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every provision, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Eligibility & Geolocation Mandates

To establish an account and place real-money wagers, you must satisfy the following stringent criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Underage gambling is a criminal offense and will be reported to authorities.

You must provide your full legal name, residential address, Date of Birth, and Social Security Number (SSN). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Player Funds

All deposited funds are held in segregated accounts, distinct from corporate operating funds, ensuring liquidity and compliance with state gaming commissions. You may only fund your account using payment methods registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5. Wagering Rules & Palpable Errors

Once a wager is confirmed by our servers, it is final and cannot be canceled by the user. Operator reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds that are materially different from those available in the general market, or clearly incorrect given the probability of the event occurring (a "Palpable Error" or "Obvious Error"), even after the event has concluded.

6. Prohibited Activities & Syndicates

You agree to play for personal entertainment only. The use of automated betting bots, artificial intelligence, API scraping tools, or participating in betting syndicates to circumvent limits is prohibited. Accounts suspected of professional syndicate activity will be restricted or closed at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, and odds feeds provided on the platform are the exclusive property of Operator or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
